PRODUCTION TIME
Production time is listed on each product listing page under "Shipping and return policies". Production time varies by item, so please pay close attention to the estimated delivery date range. Please note that the length of time of your chosen shipping method is not the same as production time. We thank you for supporting a queer & trans leather family business.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations may be requested within 3 days of purchase. Leather Coven reserves the right to decline order cancellations.
REFUNDS
With the exception of accepted cancellations, all of our sales are final.
MEASUREMENTS
While we are proud to offer free refits, customers should be careful to provide accurate and up-to-date measurements.
REFITS
All bodies are wonderfully different! If you receive an order and the fit isn’t quite right, we are happy to re-fit it at no additional cost. Please email us to initiate a refitting.
All bodies change! We offer free refits for life. If your Leather Coven garment or accessory no longer fits, email us about shipping it to the studio for some TLC. We'll do our best to resize your piece for the body you're rocking now.
SHIPPING
Items shipped within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS. Like other small businesses, we rely on the Post Office to make our magic possible.
Items shipped internationally will be shipped using USPS First Class International Mail. International customers should provide a phone number and be prepared to pay for any import duties or clearance fees.
All customers should provide up-to-date and accurate shipping addresses. Leather Coven is not responsible for stolen packages.
