Available in supple, hand-finished bridle leather, clear PVC, or durable vegan strap.

Each of our accessories is lovingly handmade and custom-sized to order. We are proud to offer an unlimited range of sizes for all bodies.

Please include the following measurements when ordering:

  • Waist measurement (circumference of the waist)
  • Suspender measurement
    • Position measuring tape at one of your front belt loops
    • Measure all the way up over your shoulder and down your back, ending at the back center belt loop
    • This is your Suspender measurement

These custom suspenders were worth the wait! Mateo was a great communicator and they fit perfectly. I unveiled them at a wedding and maybe stole a bit too much thunder. Can’t wait to buy more items!

Beautiful, beautiful suspenders =D Very comfortable to wear, well-made, and the vegan strap material is the thickest and most durable-feeling I've come across for this kind of item. Definitely feels like something I'll be able to wear for the rest of my life. The fit was a little too big when I first received it, but when I e-mailed Mateo he responded promptly, and I received it back in less than two weeks after mailing it back for the refit. These are exquisitely made and fit perfectly—haven’t taken them off since I opened the box. I feel so good in my body and gender with them on. Also, as someone with chronic pain, I find this design so light and comfortable compared to other chest/torso harnesses I’ve worn, which means I can wear it longer and more often.
